  This family-run studio is clearly passionate about its work, and the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, and supportive. The facility is clean and well-organized, and the team ensures the space is thoroughly sanitized after every class. The trainers—Neil, Donovan, Adrianne, Roanne, Denise, Lizzie, Serena, and head trainer Cheyne—are outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly motivating, taking the time to correct movements and offer guidance that makes a tangible difference. I have learned more about proper form and technique here in a few weeks than I did in the last decade. The program also stands out due to its long warm-up and cool-down routines, which appear scientifically curated to aid body realignment. For context, I normally require chiropractor visits every few weeks for body maintenance; however, in the seven weeks since starting at BFT, I have not needed to see a chiropractor or acupuncturist. Also, the studio manager Logan provides 1:1 customized food plans to help clients achieve their desired fitness goals, a service I highly recommend for anyone looking to optimize their results. I leave every workout feeling stronger, more confident, and eager to return. Age, fitness level, or prior injuries do not matter. If you are looking for a studio that combines professionalism, a supportive environment, and real results, BFT in San Ramon is the place. Give it a try!

  Absolutely the best and fun group fitness center (more like personalized fitness coaching practice) in the San Ramon area. Owners, coaches are amazing. I have been to other small, large fitness centers, clubs; this is nothing like them. If you are looking for a gym, fitness center, personal coach, get into shape, group fitness etc., give it a try and you will love their program.

  Classes that challenge, coaches that inspire, a community that cheers you on, and a format that works! I’ve been taking classes with this BFT crew since before they officially opened the studio doors, and it’s been such a great experience. This is one of the few times in my fitness journey where I’ve felt consistently motivated to push past my goals. If you’re looking for an engaging, encouraging environment to focus on your fitness goals, I enthusiastically recommend coming to the San Ramon BFT!
