  I went to Aaria because I moved from Fremont to San Ramon and was far away from my previous dentist. I have periodontal disease and need a couple of implants( the work for which was already initiated by my previous dentist- extraction &grafting). I honestly went to Aaria to switch my primary dentist to AARiA. I met DR Meena & Dr Ayush. Ayush seems like a reasonable person , attentive, kind and a thorough professional, however I found Dr Meena to be very unprofessional pushy & passive aggressive.She kept asking me to get my implants done by her general dentist as opposed to My maxillofacial surgeon and that became the centre of all our discussion!! . What I found particularly odd is her need to put down other dentists! She needs to know who you went to in the past, how much they charged and kept saying how bad they were. I honestly found her pretty knowledgeable and would have loved to have her do my dental work. But the hard selling was such a big turn off!! I went there for my evaluation and also to ask if a bridge is better than an implant. If she’d have told bridge I’d have gotten it done from her but since she herself said implants, I wanted my surgeon to do it!! Also, I was wary of getting implants done at such short notice because I was flying out in a few weeks to India. Her investigations were on point and her treatment plans were also good but it’s not structured. It’s very haphazard. The payment details are murky , they insist on you paying upfront and then claim it from your insurance. Honestly, I’d have done that too but the hard selling and passive aggressive stances kind made me unsure. Honestly! I’d still say you must visit this clinic and get your work done for her investigations & state of the art facility but you need to be in charge of streamlining the process untill Dr Meena outsources the administrative work to a receptionist. 5 stars for the equipments, for ayush , cleanliness and diagnosis but 2 stars for the attitude ) . It was unpleasant for me and my first demoralizing experience with a medical professional.

  I recently became a patient at Aaria Dental in San Ramon after an extensive search for a dental office that understands my fears and puts me at ease. Admittedly, I had not visited a dentist for quite some time, I anticipated a challenging experience. However, my visits have been nothing short of exceptional. Over the past month, I have returned three times to address various dental issues, and each visit has been marked by a sense of trust, comfort, and ease. Meena, who manages appointments, is incredibly friendly and ensures that I am completely relaxed at all times. Her dedication to patient comfort is truly commendable. My first session with Dr. Lewis was a revelation. I have never encountered a more down-to-earth dentist. We shared laughter and jokes, and the entire procedure was pain-free and unhurried. It is remarkable to have found a dentist that I have no fear of visiting. I wholeheartedly recommend Aaria Dental to anyone seeking a relaxing dental experience with a doctor who possesses the best bedside manner. Meena is exceptional at promptly responding to inquiries and is always personable. Additionally, the young man at the front desk is exceptionally kind. He noticed me sniffling and brought me Kleenex, offered a warm or cold beverage, and made my experience even more pleasant. Aaria Dental has truly transformed my perception of dental visits, and I am grateful to have found such a wonderful team. Kayleigh Akbari

  What a excellent service with new technology. Office is very clean and you can watch TV during the teeth work. Very loving and friendly staff. Dr. Minakshi ji very experienced ,knowledgeable & professional dentist .She explained everything very well and did teeth work very gently and i was completely comfortable. I am very happy to have Aaria Dental where clients are getting service as a family. I will refer to my family and friends.

  Excellent office. I was able to setup an appointment for exam and cleaning after work. They are very detailed and attentive.
