  I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care I received following my recent hip surgery. I was initially very worried about the recovery process and managing my daily needs. However, from the moment I reached out, your team truly listened to my concerns. My caregiver, Mila, was exceptionally kind and attentive. She drove me to my surgery, stayed until it was over, and provided invaluable support during my recovery. From meal preparation and laundry to assistance with bathing and getting in and out of bed, her help was essential. With my adult children living far away, it was a great relief to know that HomeWatch Caregivers was there for me during such a critical time. I highly recommend your services to anyone in need of quality care.

  I was very blessed to have come across Homewatch CareGivers of San Rafael when I did. My family and I had been facing a very difficult time as our father’s dementia worsened, leaving us scrambling for help. As I researched and called a few places, many only asked how many hours or days were needed and how it would be paid for. It made us feel like just another transaction. With a full heart, I can say this company truly cared about what my family was going through and made the decision process so much easier. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by their representative. They didn’t just ask about hours or days, they genuinely showed compassion. The in-home assessment was done the same day, and it felt like they truly wanted to get to know my dad, and they did. I am so grateful to have found them, and so is my dad. The caregivers are amazing.
