  I have been a patient of Dr. Becker for many years. Dr. Becker’s office is run professionally and she always manages to be on time. The front staff employees are always friendly and helpful. I start my exam with Ryan who performs a few tests before the doctor comes in. Ryan is a wonderful employee. Always smiling, very knowledgeable and takes time to get to know the patients. Dr. Becker is sensational. Never too busy to sit and answer a question. She is very professional and provides the best feedback and analysis of one’s issue. I highly recommend this office.

  Do yourself a favor and do not come To this place. VERY unprofessional. I uave been coming for 1year and not once has it been a good experience. I finally made the change DR. It is very difficult to get anyone on the ph to help out Trying to call and order refills on contacts is such a difficult procedure for this office. It seems VANESSA is the only one able to do this and although the front office promises a ph call back Vanessa NEVER calls back. When contacts/glasses finally are order they take days to bill insurance which in my case meant it spilled over to the next billing cycle, and left me waiting a whole yr until insurance renews. On several occassions, their computer system Is down, and they still move forward with the exam but with no prev notes. Also notes from current exam do not get imput into system. They are unable to schedule followup appts because system is down, and promise to call with followup date, this never happens. Today the nurse had NO IDEA why I was here. I came in because they FINALLY called to say I needed to come in,. She had a bad poker face as she was trying to scrounge around and guess as to why they needed me to come in. All her notes were 6+ months old. I wasted my time comimg, but they still billed. DO NOT COME. ITS A WASTE OF TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, NO FOLLOW THROUGH

  I thought I had something stuck in my eye. I called and was given a same day appointment that saved me from going to the ER or urgent care. Dr. Becker was great!

  Everyone was nice but my routine eye check up took over 1.5 hours. I was seen by five different people during my check up. Also the room was freezing cold. I think the patient experience was not great. I wanted my eyeglass prescription and if you don’t get glasses with them they charge an extra $35 for your PD number which I thought was annoying. Nice facility, clean, staff was nice but I think I’ll be moving to a private doctor for more of that personable service.
