  Dangerous place for disabled and elderly people to get meds from. First you have to navigate the exit instead of the entrance, hope it open. If not flag the cashier down who will most likely laugh and make fun of u for even trying to come in the exit. You can’t come through the entrance because then u would have to walk through produce past the Starbucks, pass through all the cash register lines. All the way down to self check-out then through everyone in self-checkout and back past all the registers back to the entrance (where you started) and hope one of their ADA mobility scooters is available. This in itself should be illegal, but then u get to make it to the pharmacy and hope u get Mike. The other pharmacists there are arrogant. I simply asked for a statement or list of my medications I get filled from Vons and their respective costs. Ph. Customer Service whipped back that he isn't an accountant which may be true but it was said after reminding him that I already had most all of my meds transferred. Best decision I ever made was transferring to Pico Care Pharmacy. They deliver and have good customer service.

  So, my 9-month-old daughter ended up spending the night in the emergency room. Can you believe it? I had to rush to the pharmacy to get anti-nausea medication for my little one. But guess what? The pharmacy had already closed! Talk about a tough situation. But then, I met this incredible pharmacist named Nha. He noticed how stressed I was and went above and beyond to help me get the prescription for my daughter. It was such a lifesaver!

  Left this pharmacy becuz of Mngr Nah!!! You never acknowledges anybody is very rude unprofessional he never smiles. They say pharmacist name Alicia She was great so I left and went to Rite Aid the best service unfortunately they closed I will not be returning here I thought let me give it one more shot after looking at the reviews 2.5 star. Nothing changed It's always dirty I get sick a lot once I started going to Rite Aid I've never got sick but I will never ever come back to this pharmacy I've seen mice running around droppings in the bathroom I will say the front cashier for the food check out is really nice but because of the pharmacy issues and how dirty the place is not only the inside but the outside you would think after all these complaints and years that went by they would clean it up a little bit but I feel nobody has no care or any worries. I will be transferring My new pharmacy to peninsula it's been great so far. VONS pharmacy Please do better I have to drive to Ralphs.... Even Albertsons on Western is decent. I guess it all has to do with management ✌🏾
