I called within 2 hours of purchase to cancel since I realized I didn't need the glasses and was told by the person in the optical department that I could not cancel my order since they had already processed it. Seems ridiculous that I can't cancel an order that was just made and sent to the manufacturer (and takes 10 days to process). I had to call Target customer service to see if I could get it resolved. Target customer service stated that they had no insight to how Target optical operates so they couldn't help me. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and unfortunately will probably not be using this service again.
