  Terrible service! Not enough phlebotomist to handle the number of patients, busy crowded and takes forever and you won’t be served. Good luck getting an appointment.

  Excellent facility. The phlebotomists are very nice and know what they’re doing. Checking in is simple; I got a text saying to click the link when I arrived which I did and that was that! About two minutes later, my name was called. However I wish they still had a lab in Half Moon Bay which is much closer than San Mateo for me. But this place is only a 20-30 minute drive from my home and you couldn’t ask for a better diagnostic lab. Got my results a day later. Don’t know why it’s not rated higher. 5 stars.

  I was a walk in appointment and lucked out, there was no wait so I was taken in immediately. My veins are always a pain to find and I tend to pass out. My phlembologist was fantastic, didn't feel a thing and had great bedside manner. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

  I would like to commend Ms. Rose, the Filipino girl, the phlebotomist at Quest Diagnostics in San Mateo, California, for her excellent service. I visited last week while I was feeling unwell and quite scared, but she immediately made me feel at ease. She was able to draw my blood smoothly and with great skill, which really helped calm my nerves. What truly stood out was her warmth and hospitality—she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The clinic itself was well-organized, and the staff were professional and accommodating. Overall, my experience at Quest Diagnostics in San Mateo was very positive, and Ms. Rose deserves special recognition for her outstanding care.

  When I arrived to the center it was Clean and easy to check in. When my name was call Lalin Lata introduces her self to me and stated that she would be my servicing assist. As long as I have been coming to quest this was the first time receiving service like this. That was very impressive to me and I really appreciated this service. She was really kind and I thank her for this.
