Great location. I’ve been coming here forever. Dr. Hoe is the best and the staff always nice. Kat and Sandra helped me out with some insurance issues during my recent visit and were happy to help. Thank you!

The service was incredible. The doctor explained every detail of the exam clearly, making everything easy to understand. I was also assisted by Ricky, who gave excellent recommendations and helped me find the perfect glasses for my face. I highly recommend this place! 😊

Sandra and Dr. Jenny Hoe are absolutely amazing. The doctor really listens and she’s very thorough. Sandra is always so professional and kind. Ive went to other LensCrafters in the area and this location is by far the very best. Visit here and see this practice! Ask for Sandra

I didn’t want to share this feed back but enough is enough… it has been 3 years I come for my yearly eye check and every year it get worst I will not being coming back here. I rather drive further than to be subjected to the lack of respect for patience and honoring appointment times. At first I said okay it happens the second time I was understanding this time I just see they don’t care about helping and we are a pain to even be seen here. There was Ricky person who walks around with disregard for customers or patients I had an appt at 11:20 and I tried to check in they said have a seat they asked again what time my appointment I said 11:20(now 11:40) then past up for some that just walked in for their 12 appt taken in… why I am still here waiting for my 11:20 appointment. It’s now 12 I ask another woman and she say oh sorry someone moved your appointment… what am I here waiting why who? I dont know sorry it’s now 12 …….. smh step up people have we really lost all care for even trying to do our jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
