Both the front desk assistant (Ms. Opal) and Dr. Chiem were very friendly, professional and efficient all at the same time. I had all my questions answered, recommendations (without being wishy-washy) and efficient fulfillment of prescription - all in under an hour. Service prices were reasonable, and I guess the frames/glasses were also. Previously shopped at Costco Optical and Eye Exams of America. I like this location and doctor better.
