It was a good experience with Elizabeth. She understands your body and takes it slow when you are new.

Avoid this studio. Management is poor, with unprofessional business practices and no meaningful customer service, which is unfortunate because the instructors, especially Kerry, who I have seen, are excellent. While I understand that operational issues can require cancelling a class, cancelling just 1.5 hours before start time and then refusing a refund is unprofessional and unreasonable. I agreed to waive a refund if I cancelled within 12 hours. I did not agree to have my money held because the studio cancelled. Offering only a short-term credit while citing a 12-hour cancellation policy that they themselves violated is unacceptable. Other reviews echo the same concerns about management.

Kalo is a kinesiology graduate and had great tips for my frozen shoulder while taking a 1.5 class. I also appreciated her doing more mat Pilates to engage and warm up the core before starting on the reformer. She was clear and easy to follow. Thanks!

Strict on grip socks policy, the set of exerciser here is not even challenging and required you to stand on the reformer. It is more like a self preference than a set rules. Been to other policy that require grip socks but if I don’t feel comfortable I can always take it off. It is not the case here! When I leave the class the reception even came up to me infront of other students saying I don’t follow policy. Because the instructor told her about it. I feel embrassed and it is not professional! The exercise here is like easy and I don’t feel like it has any differences. Poor experience
