  The absolute best dermatologist ever is Dr. Heitmiller. She truly is the best in the field. I’ve been to so many dermatologists in the Bay Area and in the OC/SD area, and no one compares to the level of care and expertise Dr. Heitmiller provides. I currently attend school in San Diego, and I highly suggest you never see a dermatologist there. After an awful experience with a dermatologist, I knew that moving forward I would only ever see Dr. Heitmiller and will time my appointments whenever I am home so that I never have to experience what I previously went through in San Diego. she takes her time when listening to you and your concerns and wants to actually figure out a plan and find a solution to any concerns that you have. I recommend her to all my friends and family because she's amazing. To future patients of hers, after one appointment, you will understand what I mean when I say that she is the best of the best and is so caring and genuine

  I received Dysport treatment on Feb. 3rd, and was recommended laser treatments (Fraxel & PDL), which I called afterward to book. I booked a series of three appointments one month apart as recommended on that phone call, and took time off of work for recovery. The day before my first appointment I called because I had not received instructions for the visit nor confirmation for any of the visits. After waiting on hold (which happens every time you call), it turns out, they only booked two out of the three, and failed to send confirmation for any of them. Too bad, they said, they could not reschedule me for another month. Additionally, the Dysport I received was poorly placed, and now I have to wait until it wears off to have it corrected by someone else. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a dermatology or esthetics clinic. Recommend going literally anywhere else.
