For the first time in my life, I walked into a store and genuinely felt like they didn’t even want my business for racial reasons. I’ve never had that feeling ever until today. The staff acted dismissive from the moment I walked in, avoided helping me, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. No greeting, no assistance, just cold stares and bad attitudes. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Pair that with their overpriced, ineffective products, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a store I will never step foot in again. There are plenty of other places to buy supplements—places that actually want customers and treat them with respect. the franchisor definitely needs to evaluate who handles there business as this is unacceptable.

The person working there Stephen was super friendly and gave me great advice and informed me on great supplements to take and gave me a really good discount and im not even a member there!! All in all this is the best GNC i have ever been in. Great customer service by far.
