  Super easy to make a walk in appointment and little to no wait time. The person who helped me not only understood exactly what i was trying explain about my reasons for being there but she also offered some very insightful solutions and things I could do to help myself. It's was very professional, made sense, and they are definitely things I will apply. Also not gonna lie, the PA who helped me was not only good at what she did, this was arguably one of the most beautiful human beings on the planet. I was a little nervous I might develop a speech impediment as a result but made it out okay. And all three people i spoke with there were very professional, and helpful not only addressing my care today but my care moving forward. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will return for any urgent care needs I have in the future.

  I went there for a possible fracture they took an x-ray and let me know they’ll get back to me in a few hours, 2 days later and I still don’t have my results back, if I try to call I’m just on hold forever!

  Nice and clean facility. I went yesterday, Tuesday, January 27 at around 12:15. The girl who was working at the front wasn’t all that friendly or inviting. I needed a chest x-ray but the x-ray tech was extremely nice, professional, and even sympathetic to the fact that I was sick. I’m technically a patient at the Escondido facility but went to San Marcos’s for the x-ray. I recommend both places some of the staff are nicer than others. Are better yet let me rephrase that everyone is nice, but some people are fake nice and others are genuine and go above and beyond to make you feel important and cared for. I think Jen and Odelia make a great team. They are both awesome.
