  I have been to this urgent care several times without any issue, but my last experience was awful. I was seen by NP Lana Bordenkecher. I told her I suffer from chronic sinus infections and had symptoms consistent with a sinus infection, which we always treat with antibiotics. She insisted that she had to test to rule out viral infections and that I would have the results the next morning.This was on Wednesday morning. By Thursday afternoon, I had not heard anything back so I sent a message. My symptoms continued to worsen. On Friday morning, I received my test result. As I expected, negative for anything viral. I sent a follow up message asking for next steps. It is now Saturday morning, and I have yet to receive a response. My symptoms have worsened and I feel even worse than before. With my history and symptoms, I know I have a sinus infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics, but I am not receiving any response from Carbon. I will now probably have to go to a real doctor, pay another co-pay, and get treated for the sinus infection I knew I had from the beginning.

  It was so easy to make an appointment to make an appointment for my daughter’s stye in her eye. We came and were seen immediately. It was straightforward but we were in and out in less than 30 min.

  Excellent physician and support staff. Professional and personable. Have Used services at this location before and received excellent care. So glad they were open on Sunday. Very easy to use the online app to make an appointment. Saved a trip to emergency room or hospital. A valuable localized service.

  The NP was very friendly & attentive spoke Spanish. Clean facility went there for stitches and staple removing would use thus urgent care again

  Super easy to make a walk in appointment and little to no wait time. The person who helped me not only understood exactly what i was trying explain about my reasons for being there but she also offered some very insightful solutions and things I could do to help myself. It's was very professional, made sense, and they are definitely things I will apply. Also not gonna lie, the PA who helped me was not only good at what she did, this was arguably one of the most beautiful human beings on the planet. I was a little nervous I might develop a speech impediment as a result but made it out okay. And all three people i spoke with there were very professional, and helpful not only addressing my care today but my care moving forward. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will return for any urgent care needs I have in the future.
