They become loose and fall off of my head and then the lenses get scratched up. The arms on the frame just fall off or are so loose and flimsy, they just flop around. I go back in and they send them back for new frames and lenses. I asked for an entirely new frame, but they won’t do it. So I guess replacing my current frames and lenses, over and over, is cheaper?? Ugh sorry but I will never get frames here again
