Sheldon took the time to explain each test and the time to adjust my hearing aids to my specific needs. This was followed up with a follow up visit to continue to adjust my hearing aids. Followed by another visit in two weeks to continue to work to get my hearing aids adjusted. Miracle Ear wants to provide personal assistance to make sure patients are happy with their purchase, and not just sell you a product with no follow ups.

They come with free service for life, and the SLO office is really comfortable and nice, so we will be returning there regularly. Thank you!

Surprisingly, he gave me his time and expertise offering suggestions to improve my hearing with what I already had and what I might consider in the future. There was no pressure, the appointment was helpful and I felt comfortable. I was glad I went and he gave me several things to think about. I would not hesitate to contact him again for new hearing aids.
