Having regular routine cleaning appointments to clear wax debris buildup on equipment to optimize performance of audio is a plus. Staff are wonderful, kind, easy to talk with and pleasant yet professional in demeaner. Latest product I was introduced to was a cleaning device for purchase I could operate from home if I preferred to save myself trips to the office. At this time I opted to continue to come in. However it does look appealing to have convenience of such equipment handy at home to use myself. I appreciated being shown what was available on the market. In the future I might be interested to purchase such a device.
