  The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. I was going to the Paso Robles center for years until they closed without notice, which angered me enough to say I would never go back to Miracle Ear. I knew it was time for me to get new hearing aids because my hearing had deteriorated substantially. I shopped around, but no one gave the free maintenance service or quality that Miracle Ear had for 20 plus years. After my shopping around for a couple of months, Miracle-Ear called one day and said they noticed it had been a while since my last service and would I like to make an appointment, I sighed and said okay I would give them another chance. Cut to the chase.... Sheldon in the San Luis Obispo office was great! I am once again a very happy camper. He is professional, considerate and adjusted my hearing aids to my satisfaction without having to make an unneeded costly purchase. Thank you Sheldon I am a loyal Miracle-Ear customer again and I will be upgrading my old hearing aids soon 😃

  My visits to San Luis Obispo Miracle Ear has always been pleasant and the service is excellent. I'm very satisfied with the service that Ashley provides, she takes control of all admin issues. Sheldon Moseley is very responsive and knowledgeable. I have had the hearing aids for five days, they are of excelled quality.
