I came back on 2/26/26 and Lisa took great care of me as I tried to find the best glasses for me. Lisa had thoughtful ideas and they helped me decide on my new pair. Thank you Dr. Young and Lisa!

I need some nose guards, and im right here, so perfect timing. The service provided by one of the staff members was routinely excellent! I say that because Lisa... .. took and replaced my old nose guard with 2 softer new ones... .. answered the phone, confirming an appointment... .. communicating with her coworker about what he needed... ... then provided additIonal maintenance on my glasses. She did this without missing a beat. It look like she was in a natural follow of her knowledge of her own skill. I know I'm just speaking on nose guards, but the service was fulfilling. Thank you Lisa. Very much appreciated! AND....The second best part of this.... Lisa did this for free as long as i provided a post of the service. Thank you Lisa!

The lady who helped me took her time to explain sizing issues with the frames that I had brought in (purchased elsewhere) and she showed me the difference and gave me advice. She was kind and helpful and I would definitely go back to their shop for future needs.
