With my Mom almost 80 years old and diagnosed with Parkinson’s 8 years ago, keeping her safe and her home has been a challenge. We called Alyssa at Home Instead who promptly scheduled a home visit. Within 2 weeks she had matched us with our caregiver, Cheyanne. After her first shift we all knew we had really found a match made in heaven with Cheyanne and my Mom. When my Mom had hip replacement surgery Cheyanne was willing to work longer shifts and added days. During this stressful time I can’t adequately put in to words how grateful we are for Home Instead, our facilitator Alyssa, our scheduling and billing contact Michelle and our honorary little sister, our angel, Cheyanne.
