- CTChris TullyFeb 9, 20261.0Popped in to the gym to place my membership on hold in November and had to repeat that again in December after being charged (my misunderstanding since it takes 30 days to process). Then charged yet again in January. Called to cancel, told needed to speak to manager and manager would call back within the hour. Didn’t hear from them. Called two more times over the next week leaving messages for call back since they are not available. Still haven’t heard anything. Sent an email requesting cancellation per front desk person recommendation and she indicated I would receive a Docusign. 5 days later, crickets. Impressive lack of communication and follow through. Like it’s a policy or something. Would give zero stars, but required to give 1/5 as minimum score…do not recommend.
