I was a longtime customer of Rite Aid Pharmacy. When they closed their doors, everything was transferred to Safeway Pharmacy. I thought I would give it a try. Well, today I am switching all of my prescriptions to CVS. There is one particular Pharmacist who is so rude, it's almost comical. And another woman who works the register who is also so rude, I was laughing to myself. Why would I put up with this? How sad that 2 people who work in the pharmacy is enough to lose all of my business. I have a chronic illness and will always be on expensive medications for the rest of my life. That monthly medication, along with the merchandise I would probably buy in my visit there, was just lost because of two employees. Sad.

"The young pharmacists here are all very friendly. However, there is an older-looking female pharmacist, who seems to be their supervisor, and she is very harsh. Sometimes, she shows signs of racism and is particularly impatient when answering phone calls, making sarcastic remarks."

A couple of the pharmacists at this location are so terse, unhelpful, and plain rude. I have had multiple terrible experiences at this location and it is very unfortunate as this is my neighborhood pharmacy location. I'm hopeful management steps in and changes things here.

Sometimes takes extra time to get certain prescriptions into stock, once setup the recurring orders and phone notifications work well. Friendly staff who recognize you fairly quickly
