The assistant is unhappy I brought a photo of my cards that were used through the clear app. She doesn’t fill out a new card for me at the end and I have to repeatedly ask for some kind of verification I had the booster from them. She then hands me the sticker and walks away. Not great customer service. Also no coupon for having gotten the shot. Not a great experience.

There's another sign on the counter that says "This window closed. Next window, please." So, I go to the next window and I stand there for 20 minutes, waiting to be served, and keeping an eye on my watch because I had to go back to work. When I show my prescription, they tell me no; I have to stand in line—again!—at the *other* window that says "PICK UP." Whaa? Now I'm already getting late and probably won't get my prescription filled in time, because of signage that sends me on a wild goose chase.
