  Easy to make appointment using Quest Diagnostics app. Check in is simple and fast. In and out less than 10 min. Waiting room is big, and clean. Lab technicians are friendly and professional.

  QUEST requires an appointment just to Drop-Off a specimen (with paper work / requisition from doctor). Or get on very long queue! Billion $$ Quest don't have a SEPARATE process to receive specimen, they make those Dropping-Off specimen to get on same queue with those patients for blood drawing procedure. Better go to LAB Corp. or some other smaller labs.

  The automated service doesn't give an option to speak with anyone besides client services and they NEVER answer! In addition to that, their voicemail is not setup so you can't leave a voicemail!

  Was told to request non-preventive care tests be removed when I arrived for my appointment, but there was no receptionist or anyone to help me, so I ended up paying for tests I don’t need. I called Quest the same day as the appointment and they declined to help.

  Overall easy to make appointments online and on app. Service is ok but a bit slow because the internet is slow & system always takes forever to load info so they have to reboot. A 10 min appointment has taken double the time or more. My appointment was at 8:20 am and 10 mins later the tech is entering info before getting started with blood withdraw. INTERNET SYSTEM NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.
