  The lab technicians at this location are absolutely rude and not helpful. I watched the way she talked to an elderly woman who had couple of questions.

  To give you some context, we’ve already been going through a difficult time with IVF and my wife was scheduled for a blood test to confirm that she would be ready to go for implantation. This was my wife’s third time implanting and this was with our last healthy embryo. My wife has gone into this office in the past and had received a negative experience with this employee in the past. She had tried to avoid going back to Quest because of that bad experience, but there was no other lab open and she had to go back. She went and the same employee was there. This employee (blonde with black glasses) treated my wife with complete disrespect from the beginning. She asked for files that weren’t required and with attitude, told my wife that she wouldn’t be able to get a blood draw or test at the center. Understandably distressed by this treatment, my wife left. Then this employee ran after her and got in her face. An employee pursuing a customer outside the facility and confronting them is completely unacceptable. I write this message with the intention of sharing with other potential patients. I respectfully request to make sure that this employee and their managers are notified about this incident, and to make sure that nothing like this happens ever again. My wife and I would appreciate a follow-up about this when you and the team have time.
