  I came here to have labs drawn while I was in a residential drug treatment program in San Jose. It was my first week off drugs and I was in a very fragile state… the phlebotomist who took my blood was named Andrea.. she was incredibly kind and gentle and congratulated me on my sobriety… she then briefly shared her own personal story of recovery with me. I don’t think she realized how much her words meant to me that day.. I am coming up on 9 months sober. Thank you Andrea

  Es el lugar donde me han atendido de lo mas rapido en 15 minutos la persona que nos a tendio muy hamable y agradable y iso que mi hija no tuviera miedo estoy muy agradecida recomendado 100%

  Austin Delong is a great guy! He was so seamless I didn't even get any pain while he took my blood samples with needle poke. He's very experienced and well spoken.. He must be rewarded!

  The tech completely ignored my guidance on which arm is able to get successful draws and (surprise!) he failed twice and could not properly draw blood, so I will have to schedule another appointment. I will do myself a favor and schedule at another location next time.

  :( all locations suck. they don't even have someone you can speak to to askquestions when you arrive, they only have this kiosk machine. and, regardless whether you made an appointment or not, the wait is SO long. if you have an appointment, you wait for an hour or so past your appointment time, if you don't have appointment, good luck, you can wait till the end of the day, and they might not get to you.
