- MLMichelle LJul 29, 20215.0June is absolutely amazing. I have gone through many therapists and none really stuck, but she really tries to help and is active with responding rather than just listening(like many therapists do). She is a hypnotherapist so she works on not just talking with you, but also with hypnosis. Hypnosis takes a WHILE to work! You have to be active in trying to practice even when you don't see her, but she really does a great job at trying her best to keep you on track. I highly recommend her because she really does go above and beyond. Giving you book recommendations and different exercises to work through your issues outside of just your appointments which really helps. I personally deal with very heavy anxiety and seeing her weekly has really helped ground me while having different techniques helps me feel like I can conquer my anxiety and actually DO something to work through it rather than wait it out. While I have many doctors that have been here to help me through my journey, I have June to thank the most for my mental well being.
