    They did excellent customer service with affordable price. Other places either hey couldn’t change my sunglasses lenses to eye glasses lenses or they would charge me too much. I recommend this to anyone.

    I was not expecting to get such amazing service at a Target Optical! But the ladies here were amazing, really went above and beyond and they were a delight to talk to. It’s so great to find a place that still values excellent service.

    Store and staff were a 10. But business process was a 5. My new Nuance glasses failed to turn on when I picked them up. I was told to charge them. After 22 hours on the charger, nothing. I took them back and after 30 mins, they resubmitted the order. There was no rush. I'd just have to wait. As for process, the glasses should have been checked for basic functionality when the technician installed the lens. After that, when a new pair of glasses are not correct, Target associates need to have the ability to submit a rush order.
