Getting an eye exam here is worth it however there's a new person working at this location that doesn't check the glasses that you ordered before you come in to pick them up. There's no due diligence to check your order at all so you're going to waste your time here getting new glasses and frames. I've come here twice and the lenses had an incorrect prescription the first time. I asked him to let me review the order before he put it in but he didn't let me see, even though I insisted & I told them it's because I didn't want to come back a 2nd time. Came in a 2nd time to pick my glasses up & there was no frame. So he picked up a random frame color and put the lenses in. So now both the frame and lenses are wrong. I asked him why he didn't check the glasses before I came in & he had no excuse. Just laziness. Works extremely slow. Something that should've taken 15 minutes max has taken an hour. & He laughs at you when you express concern that you're wasting your time not getting the glasses that you paid for. His name is Matthew.
