  Good service and product. Kat is helpful when she helped my wife to fix old glasses and pick a new one. Recommending you to go Target silver creek if you want new glasses!

  My previous experiences with ordering glasses was that privately owned place most of the time is better. This time is different. I have ordered glasses at closest Target because I really liked newest Oakley frame. When I got the glasses, not everything was perfect and I mentioned that to optical department representative. After about 2 weeks I got a phone call from Alex Frankx. He asked if I am happy with my glasses now and invited to the Target optical. When I arrived, he checked the glasses according to my prescription, asked a few questions and said that he knows why glasses are not perfect. Making this story short, he ordered new lenses and left my glasses for me to continue using before new lenses will arrive. When glasses were ready I got notified and came when Alex was in the office. A few minutes and my lenses were exchanged in the frame. These lenses were perfect right from the first time I tried. I am very impressed with quality of service at Target, especially from Alex. My wife now wants to order her new glasses from them.

  Recently came in to get a tool to replace my nose pad on my glasses but ended up getting a good experience with a professional worker handling customers on the line and other customers. He readjusted my glasses and installed the nose pad for free, even gave me a free tool for my glasses. Thank you Alex for the help!
