  Dr. Wong & his staffs provided excellent service to me on 2/13/26 (from eye exam to contact lens prescription). Highly recommend if you're looking for accurate prescription with a new pair of glass or contact lens with discount.

  Its 9:15am. Sign says they open at 9am. I have already waited since Jan 2nd when I had a recheck and had to get my glasses redone. It took a month for them to come in and when they finally did I was unavailable to get them and now they can't even open in time. Will be the last time I come here if I can even pick up my glasses at this point being the can't seem to be open as they are supposed. May just ask for a refund at this point . I don't have time to keep coming back and forth for them to be at work when they should. Added after employee arrived at 9:25am to open that they don't open until their first appointment. SO how are WE supposed to know when your first appointment is. Need to do waaay better at your signage then as well as what your hours show online. Got my refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore and taking a risk my new order being wrong. Staff is a 4 star btw cause she knew I was pissed at how things are running there. I honestly would not recommend coming here unless you have no choice. All the times I have dealt with this location over a 3 year time period everytime I go in for my annual check up the labs get my stuff wrong so decided while I waited for them to open this time I was done and got my money back.

  I give this optical center a 5/5. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me in repairing my glasses. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a pair of new glasses or just needs one in repair. They are also friendly and amicable.
