Good grief! And today, the interpersonal deficit was even worse...the representative claims he doesn't know what to do...for life saving asthma medication (Albuterol)...even though I had copies of the medication names and the physician had already called in the prescriptions. Hmmm...(The doctor phoning the pharmacy was confusing?..Nothing to pick up? What's really going on here? Translation: The life-saving medicine I needed is not available! Hmm... The friend who had driven me to pick up the medications witnessed the entire exchange and was appalled. It is not appropriate to treat pharmaceutical customers at Safeway the way I was treated.... it's bad for business.
