Today I had a comprehensive eye exam and prescription update with her. Her office is neat, clean, and well organized. Her assistant is courteous and professional. My appointment started on time, absolutely no waiting. Dr. Nguyenchan carefully reviewed my recent cataract surgery history, listened attentively to my questions and concerns about the post-operative issues, and conducted a very thorough examination of my eyes and vision. She addressed every concern and issue raised with patience, clear explanations, and thoughtful advice. By the time I left her clinic, I felt reassured and confident that all my concerns had been painstakingly addressed with all issues resolved and that I was in capable and caring hands. I rarely take the time to write reviews for my doctors, but in Dr. Nguyenchan’s case, I feel truly grateful and wanted to express my appreciation.
