Getting progressive lenses right isn’t easy. Kevin took the time and had the patience to figure out what I needed, and it made all the difference. You can buy fancy frames anywhere, but this level of care and attention is rare. That’s what makes Kevin stand out—you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job well and making customers happy. I will definitely be back to order my second pair, and honestly, it’s because of Kevin. I hope his management sees and values the great work he does. I also want to mention Sophia, who is outstanding. Even though I wasn’t her original customer, she took the time to help me, listened carefully, and genuinely cared.
