- PSparis shoppingJan 3, 20265.0Tracy is the best. She is patient, kind, and incredibly nice, one of those people who truly makes your day. She really makes sure to help you in whatever you are comfortable with. About the class: Most of the classes are very hot. Personally, I can’t do yoga in heated rooms because I have trouble breathing in hot environments. However, if you’re okay with heat (most people are), I’d definitely recommend it because the yoga instructors are very well trained and professional, and the environment is excellent.

While my group and I were whispering to each other at a low volume, the instructor and one of the members singled us out, accusing us of being disruptive. This was surprising, especially since others in the room were also talking, but the focus seemed solely on our group. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable and detracted from the calming experience of the class. As a result, I’ve decided not to continue my membership. I hope that in the future, the instructor can foster a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. No star if I have a choice.
