DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There are so many better Pilates studios in the Bay. I showed up right on time and they still turned me away. Then someone else walked in much later than me and was let straight in. The front desk brushed it off with “oh, she’s an old customer,” which is nothing but a weak excuse. Clear double standards and completely unfair.
The staff at the front desk was cold, unfriendly, and had a long face the entire time. Instead of being welcomed, I was met with indifference and disrespect. As an minority client, I could not ignore how singled out I felt in that moment.
This studio has zero respect for its clients. The way I was treated was discriminatory and humiliating. No one deserves to be treated like this. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place.

All they want is your money - very ridiculous policy.
* You have to pay one more month when you want to cancel the membership - Does this ever make sense?
* You won’t get credit back even if it’s simply because there’s no parking.
