  I am super excited that we have a Club Pilates opened up in our area. I have waited more than 6 months for them to start classes.. The studio is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The equipment is brand new and well maintained, which really enhances the overall experience. The front office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about Pilates. They take the time to explain movements clearly, offer personalized corrections, and ensure everyone feels comfortable, regardless of fitness level.

  I was waiting for the studio to open for almost a year. Really excited that it finally opened. The studio is good, clean and organized with some amazing instructors - Taryrn, Kristoff, Alexis, Yvonne, Amy.. to name a few. I joined the unlimited program and hoping I am able to continue it. The classes definitely get filled up fast. So you cannot book anything immediately. You have to kind of book one week in advance.

  I signed up for this studio back in March 2025 when they were advertising that the location would open in July 2025. I paid the initial $231 for an unlimited membership at that time. The opening date was then pushed to late August 2025, which I only found out about because I personally called the studio - there was no email or proactive communication about the delay at all. Then on December 20, my card was charged another $230, which led me to assume the studio had officially opened. Again, there was no communication confirming the opening. Another major issue is scheduling. Nearly all classes are waitlisted days in advance. While I understand a 12-hour cancellation penalty for people who are fully booked into a class, I was told that even being waitlisted (for example, #5 on the list) requires you to stay available until the last minute. If multiple people drop and you’re automatically added and can’t attend, you’re still charged a $25 no-show fee. That expectation is unreasonable - people should not be required to put their lives on hold when they aren’t even confirmed for a class. This policy makes no sense. The concept and classes themselves have potential, but poor communication and unclear policies have me questioning the overall experience. I hope the studio improves transparency, customer service, and flexibility as it continues to grow.

  I'm absolutely loving Club Pilates in our neighborhood! The staff is super friendly and the instructors are amazing. I've taken classes with Amy, Yvonne, and Aeriol, and they're all so knowledgeable and supportive. I always feel like I've gotten a great workout and I'm already looking forward to my next class. If you're thinking of trying Pilates, I highly recommend checking out Club Pilates - you won't regret it!

  My first time trying Pilates and I liked it. Will continue. I have some chronic neck and spine issues and the staff have guided very well to get started with basic reformer classes. Instructor Amy is awesome and patient and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Highly recommend! I hope they also consider some private classes soon @ the Evergreen location.
