  Very welcoming and professionally staffed. I joined at the end of November and I love that my overall strength has improved. Just wish they had come here sooner!

  Such a great experience doing my first ever Pilates class. Instructor was amazing, felt so comfortable the whole time. Such a clean friendly place. I’m still so sore lol.

  I attended the 30 minute intro class and loved it so I signed up for a membership. Angelina was and is exceptional at her job making me feel welcome and appreciated. I finally got to attend my first class after signing up because there was some scheduling issues. But once I did my class, I totally excused the issues I had. Both Taryn and Amy are great instructors, both different and unique. I can’t wait to go back to my second class and I’m looking forward to getting my mind and body in sync. I avoided trying Pilates because of a previous bad experience, but I’m so glad I gave it another try. Shout out to Angelina for being such a professional and making this journey enjoyable. She’s always smiling and willing to answer my questions while making me feel seen and heard. I’m sure the four star rating will improve to five stars as I continue my classes.

  I just started Pilates this past November. The instructors are patient and very thorough. I appreciate being able to go to a studio close to home.

  I am really enjoying these classes. The instructors are very good and watch you to make sure you are doing the poses correctly. It is clean and everything is organized.
