  Everyone there was so nice and helpful to all of concerns and questions. The space is very clean as well, I love how throughly they are when conducting or talking to patients. Overall, had a great experience

  The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was checked in quickly. I saw NP Kim Hoang, she was professional and respectful. I felt like she genuinely care for me and took time to assess me. Thank you for taking care of me.

  We called the location on Bascom. They said the Santana Row location had a shorter wait time. I wasn’t sure about going there but the location was right on the edge of Olsen and Winchester. The below ground parking garage was very close. The nurse at the check in desk was kind and knowledgeable. We were in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes so the parking was free. We will use this location again if we need help again.

  First time here for lower abdominal pain and had a great experience. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and I was seen right away by Dr. Kim. Everything was quick and stress-free. Would definitely come back.

  My son has been coughing for 10 days with many phlegm. He began to have fever again and I brought my son to see Carbon Health Urgent Care for the first time. The doctor was patient and decisive to prescribe some medicines for my son which helped him a lot to recover. The frontline staff were also nice and friendly who addressed many of my concerns (since this was the first time we saw urgent care and know nothing). Much appreciated and highly recommended.
