  I was able to make a same day appointment. Appointment time met with no waiting, very prompt reading of my labs, out within 20 minutes. Building is very clean, staff efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

  This large chain clinic's outdated processes created a needlessly frustrating and repetitive experience from start to finish. 1. Broken Communication Chain: We had to explain our medical issue four separate times: during online booking, in a follow-up phone call, to an assistant in person, and finally to the doctor. This repetitive intake is inefficient and risks details being lost or altered. 2. Zero Record-Keeping: Despite being patients just three months prior, the front desk insisted on manually re-entering all our insurance information, blaming a "different computer system." A clinic of this size should have integrated patient records. 3. Puzzling Delays: After this lengthy intake, we endured a very long wait in the exam room, despite a sparsely populated waiting area. This indicates deeper scheduling or workflow problems. The entire process felt designed to waste time. For a modern healthcare provider, this lack of basic operational efficiency and internal communication is unacceptable. We left feeling more exhausted by the process than helped by the care.
