  Extremely disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—provided by PA Mannveet Dhillon. Her attitude was incredibly poor and she showed zero patience during my mother’s appointment. It felt very much like she was dismissive because my mother does not speak English. As a healthcare provider, you are expected to treat every patient with dignity regardless of a language barrier. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. We will not be returning to Carbon Health if this is the standard of staff they employ.

  I wouldn't prefer anyone go to this Carbon Health Urgent Care! They are not helping! Their system is not working properly. I have United Healthcare Insurance and they said they can't verify my insurance ID in their system, they admitted that it happened sometimes. So I called United Healthcare and I was told that my health plan is active and they advise me to go to different urgent care facility. Just wasting my time and I don't want to deal with medical bills from place like this they are not professional so I left without being seen by physician.

  Doctor didn't really help me. Been having severe flu symptoms for over 4 days. Literally asked me "what are you looking for me to give you, because I don't know how to help you. Just weather out your flu." Everything else was nice.

  My experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care was excellent! The staff were friendly, professional, and really knew how to take care of my concerns. The facility is clean, bright, and convenient with plenty of parking.
