- SCSarah CopelandMar 25, 20261.0Unfortunately, the strength classes are not available frequently. I have to rush from work to get there by 4:00 on Wednesdays and traffic is terrible. I was a few minutes late and Sophie B would not allow me in. She offered the next class C2, but obviously it’s a completely different stimulus. She seemed surprised by my response so I don’t think she was truly listening or cared. She stated they are “ cracking down on lateness”. It’s just a bummer considering I drove all the way and wasn’t anticipating traffic. Hopefully they will add more evening strength classes in the future!

The instructors, the music, the community, and the vibes are always positive, warm, welcoming, and provide a great/fun workout! With that said, I really hope Core Power addresses the issues staff/instructors are demanding this February strike. I love my CPY peeps and it breaks my heart I will potentially not have CPY classes, access, or fun this February 2026. :( CPY PLEASE DO SOMETHING! I’d hate to update this 5 star to 1.

- MMMichael MApr 13, 20255.0Today was my first time ever trying hot yoga. It was one of The best workout classes I've ever had. And the instructor Jamie made yoga so much fun. And the music she picked out made it. She's a total pro. I'll definitely be back.
