  I had a great experience with Lorraine. She was a pleasant and wonderful instructor. She gives easy and clear instructions that even a novice like me can follow. The place is great and the staff are helpful.

  One of the best Pilates classes. All the instructors are great and the front office staff is also so helpful. I highly recommend this studio for anyone considering group or individual classes- always an enjoyable Experience.

  Love the studio.The instructors are thorough and bring in a lot of variations in their exercise regime every week. All of the classes - center and balance, reformer 1.0, 1.5 are well structured. Would highly recommend this studio for anyone in the neighbourhood.

  Have been using this past 3 months.. the classes are good and the center is very clean and well maintained .. instructors are good and very helpful with posture and makes sure no one gets hurt while doing incorrect postures during the workout.. I wish the only thing would be the same classes keep repeating every week.. sometimes they change and gets harder to figure out which slot to move too..

The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and do a great job of guiding you through each movement while making sure your form is correct.
