  I woke up in the morning with soreness in my back. I looked at my insurance to see the nearest urgent care within my provider. I was able to schedule an appointment online within 30 minutes

  I visited this location for a clogged ear (ear wax removal) and it was an absolute disaster. While the front desk was kind, the clinical staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I explicitly told the technician who cleaned my ears multiple times about my hearing loss, yet she kept asking mocking questions like 'Can you hear me now?' and 'Describe the sound.' The procedure was a complete mess: she removed the protective towel while I was still dripping wet. When I asked for a napkin, she literally told me, 'I’ll give it to you later, just move forward,' and continued setting up the other side while water was running down my clothes. I actually had to stand up to grab a napkin myself because I was soaking wet, but she just ordered me to 'move forward' again until SHE was ready to hand me one. To make it worse, when the doctor came in, they dismissively asked why I hadn't used Debrox at home and repeatedly told me to just buy it from a pharmacy and do it myself next time because it's 'simple.' I explained that given my history of hearing loss, I am NOT comfortable performing home treatments and prefer professional care—which I clearly did not receive here. The interrogation about my family medical history for a simple mechanical ear wax issue also felt like a blatant billing tactic. I pay for a PPO plan to receive professional care, not to be treated like a nuisance. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I’ve been to this location a few times for quick visits. My last has to be one of the most thorough. Appreciated that the doctor was very proactive in addressing all my concerns, including some I hadn’t even thought of. The receptionist was quick and very cordial, I didn’t wait too long once I checked in, I did have an appointment. Overall, it was a positive experience and I definitely would recommend the location to anyone needing to address quick issues like colds, injuries, TB test etc.
