I have United Healthcare Insurance and they said they can't verify my insurance ID in their system, they admitted that it happened sometimes. So I called United Healthcare and I was told that my health plan is active and they advise me to go to different urgent care facility. Just wasting my time and I don't want to deal with medical bills from place like this they are not professional so I left without being seen by physician.
