  I was able to check in before entering the clinic using the link from the text message. I had made an appointment and almost immediately upon my arrival received my blood draw. The phlebotomist was kind, communicated well, focused and did an excellent job. She explained why she was choosing the vein she chose and it was amazing that I almost didn't feel the needle being inserted or removed. I appreciated her expertise and this was perhaps the best experience I've ever had with having my blood drawn. Note: Upon first arriving to the address, the Quest Lab is not posted outside, but is posted inside. The building is humble and the clinic is small, but parking is easy and the service is excellent.

  Despite having difficulty in making an appointment at usual location, the service at any of the locations I visited is great!

  Hostile experience with the phlebotomist that I have since escalated to corporate. Go to other locations > this one even if it’s nearby, the limited hours make it enough of a pain without the phlebotomist scolding you for things you don’t know that aren’t posted ANYWHERE on Quest website or in-office. P.S.: I had an appointment.

  I had to get 6 vials of blood drawn and was a bit worried. However, the lady that drew my blood (Sandy?) was very skilled. Minimal pain (just a slight prick/pinch) and the whole process was super quick. I made an appointment beforehand so i did not have to wait long. There wasn’t anyone working at the front desk but they have a kiosk that made check-in fast and efficient. Though the building and clinic isn’t that welcoming (like most medical buildings in US), there’s plenty of parking.
