  I am freaking out because six months ago a different dentist at south beach quoted me $690 to fix my cracked teeth. This time a different dentist is telling me $5000 to fix the teeth. This is the most amount of money I've ever heard for something like this and I am really stressed about it

  As a customer who has been coming to this place for over 10 years, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, there have been frequent changes in dentists. On several occasions, I was recommended what I believe were unnecessary treatments, which ultimately led me to proceed with a deep cleaning. At the time, the dentist explained that most fillings would be covered by insurance and even suggested that some could be free, which influenced my decision. However, I ended up having to pay a significant amount out of pocket. The billing staff claimed they had provided a price range in advance, but the final charge was more than double that estimate. They also insisted that I had been informed of the expected cost prior to the procedure. In reality, I only received one voicemail and an email sent to an email address I used 10 years ago, so I never had a fair opportunity to fully understand or review the costs before the treatment was carried out. Although I was asked to sign documents related to the cost before the procedure, there was little to no explanation—it felt like I was simply being told to sign. Their response afterward was that they followed protocol and completed the process as required. The entire experience felt cold and impersonal, and I strongly believe this clinic recommends unnecessary treatments. I will not be returning.

  Dr Irene Ching is a wonderful, attentive pediatric dentist! My 12 years old son feels comfortable, heard and seen whenever he has his appointment with her. As he said, “She is tuff” after his visit last week. She made his visit interactive and fun! Thank you Dr Ching!!

  Best experience with dental care I’ve had while living in SF. The entire team is kind, professional, and gentle. My entire visit start to finish was under one hour even though I came in as a new patient. Grateful to have found this office!
