  First and foremost, I never write reviews, but this was my first time at this store and I needed new glasses ASAP. I was so grateful to be helped by Richard Singh. I usually bring a friend or family member with me because I’m incredibly indecisive when choosing frames, but Richard was so friendly and honest that he made the process super easy. If you’re looking for someone who will give you a straight answer and friendliness, I definitely recommend asking for Richard!

  I went in because my eye glasses were badly bent. I asked if they did repairs, Eriks said yes, but warned me there was a possibility that they could break (the arm was pretty baby bent 😵‍💫). She gave them to Miguel who did an amazing job! You could not tell that they had been bent before and they fit perfectly! Go there! They are super nice and helpful! I plan to go back when I get a new prescription! Thank you Miguel & Erika!

  Sold me a pair of rimless glasses which went all loose and fell apart after just a few months. Came in and the guy told me I'd "put two years of wear on them in 6 months". Mind you I've had rimless glasses for more than 4 years already and never had this kind of problem. After I pressured them about the warranty (which they didn't offer to do themselves?) they replaced the frames, which went loose after about two weeks. Brought them in again and the sales guy said they didn't have the technician there to fix them and heard him being snarky with a coworker about how "it's his second time [bringing them in]". Now I have a pair of unwearable glasses. Two stars instead of one because the optometrist I worked with was a delight.
