  Avoid the male hygienist with the very long beard. If you see him, run！ I’ve had many periodontal maintenance cleanings at this clinic before, and this was the first time my teeth were cleaned using only the ultrasonic tool. There was no manual scaling at all, and after the cleaning I could still see stains and buildup left on my teeth. At the beginning the cleaning was so painful that I started sweating and shaking. I had to stop him and ask if that level of pain was normal. He said yes, because he needed to go deep under the gums. I asked him to be gentler, and after that it felt like he was just lightly “brushing” my teeth with the ultrasonic tool.He never asked me or used even a bit of topical anesthetic, NEVER. So I’m wondering: do patients have to choose between extreme pain or an incomplete cleaning? Is it either 0 or 100? I’ve never felt like I had to manage the hygienist’s feelings during a dental visit before. Now I’m still having stains and buildup are on my teeth and some of my teeth have started to hurt. Also, the X-ray results were never explained unless I asked. The only response I got was: “Everything looks fine, no cavities.” That said, this clinic does have other hygienists who are great. Just avoid the one with the very long beard. 请避开那位胡须非常非常长的男性洗牙师。如果看到是他，建议直接换人。 我在这家诊所做过很多次牙周护理periodontal maintenance ，这是第一次遇到只用超声波工具清洁的情况，全程没有任何手工刮除牙结石。清洁结束后，我的牙齿上依然还能看到牙渍和残留。 刚开始清洁的时候痛到我全身出冷汗、发抖，我不得不喊停，问他这么痛是不是正常。他回答说是正常的，因为需要深入到牙龈下面。我让他稍微温柔一点，谢谢。之后的过程就变成了他用超声波工具非常温柔地帮我”刷牙“。从头到尾甚至问我也没给我用过哪怕一点点的涂抹式麻药。 这让我很困惑：难道要么承受痛到快晕过去的清洁，要么就只能接受敷衍的清洁？只能二选一吗？ 这是我第一次在看牙的时候感觉自己需要照顾洗牙师的情绪，需要哄着他、让着他。现在的结果是：牙齿上的牙渍和残留依然还在。部分牙齿还开始疼痛！ 另外，X-ray的结果也没有主动解释，需要我主动询问，回复也只有1-2句看起来都好的回答。 这家诊所其实还是有其他很好的洗牙师的。所以！请避开那位胡须很长的男性洗牙师。

  I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a child, but after my last visit, I’ll never return. The person doing my x-rays didn’t know how to use the machine, took over twenty x-rays, and even joked that I “probably don’t have cancer.” She also couldn’t figure out how to use the dental chair and while the dentist was working in my mouth, pressed buttons that made it jerk upward.. nearly causing an accident. On top of that, they charged me a $50 copay even though my insurance should have covered the visit 100%, regardless of network status. If i didnt bring this up they would have kept the funds. Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and dishonest. I’ve lost all trust in this office.

  Not recommend! Not professional and they are rude. The dental assistants dont even acknowledge your presence! The young dentist does not even know what she is doing!!
