On December 15, there was an agent at the counter who works there, Asian, about 190 cm tall, with long hair. It was the first time I had seen him there. He was not kind at all, unlike the other team. He was neither helpful nor professional, to say the least. Imagine, I wanted to get a flu shot, and he told me, “I’m busy, go to Walgreens or go online to make an appointment,” in a humiliating tone. Very strange.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and usually have a good experience but today was unsettling. I spoke to “Calvin” on the phone today and he was extremely rude. (In quotes because I called again after the call to get his name and it’s possible he’s lying about his name) My card got declined for a delivery order and then it got stuck in the queue on my end in the app and I am unable to reorder the medication. However, on the pharmacy side it shows that it was taken out of queue. This has happened before and I know the solution is to take the medication out of the system and refill it. He interrupted me several times and insisted I pick up the medication in person so he can cut corners. Incompetent and lazy. Watch out for “Calvin”, he seems like the kind of guy to fly off the edge and take it out on customers.
