My wife called in a routine refill on a Monday and the computer phone voice said it was verified and we could pick it up the next day. Because of some Catch-22 issues with the refill that there's no way we'd be aware of they needed to call the doctor. At no time did they notify us that there was an issue. The doctor didn't return their call (but again, we had no idea any of this was going on). So I show up on Sunday to pick it up and they blame the doctor. I say something like, "Hey, you're supposed to be customer focused and the professional here, why didn't you call us and let us know what was going on?" They say something like, "You can't expect us to call and follow up with all the prescriptions we get." Um, yeah. I can. I've been going here for 25 years. I'll never return to either the store or the pharmacy. Poor management.
