  The worse place to get service done. If ypur doctor request anything from this place ask for a different option.

  I've gone into this location on several locations and on at least two occasions, they've stated that they're short staffed as an excuse for long wait times. I scheduled an 8:40 appointment, which was not recognized until I brought it to the attention of staff, and I wasn't seen until 9:30!

  The people who work here are great! Quest cancelled my appointment at the 15th St location, so I came to this one for a walk-in. I have small veins which usually gives phlebotomists trouble. Trouble was had as usual, but everyone was so kind, continually asking if I was okay and eventually getting the job done. Usually at these kinds of places the workers are the least reassuring people imaginable. Thank you to everyone here!

  The place isn’t the nicest and most modern but the employees working there are wonderful. They are very professional and take blood well without causing unnecessary pain.
