  Martin was professional and on time for my scheduled appointment. However do not choose this location for walk-ins as there is only 1 person working here so you may wait for hours and not get seen, try another quest (ie Post street). Also, they said they collect sendout tests only during morning appointments, but the scheduling system did not state this and offered an afternoon appointment.

  This is the worst testing place I’ve ever gone to unfortunately I don’t seem to have any choice. Thanks to Hill’s company. I have a very painful urinary tract infection and needed to get a test before I could start the medicine. When I got there I was be rated for not having made an appointment. The room was empty. The tech said he tried to get me in but he was heading to break and he was the only person there. I was rushed and unable to perform and asked for a few more minutes or to come back later and was told no I needed an appointment. The room was still empty at this time., I was there a month earlier to the same empty room so I don’t know why the pressure to make a reservation. Because no test I couldn’t take medicine and was sick through the whole weekend when they are closed.. Don’t ever go here if you care about your health and your time.

  I went in to get a blood draw on a Friday, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and comfortable the process was. Martin was very professional, courteous and efficient. I arrived 5-10mins before my appointment and was finished 5-10mins after.

  You gotta take the urine sample in the common restroom of that floor! Walk there with the container, pee, walk with the container back, and drop it off. Everybody you run into finds out and I’m sure it’s not pleasant for them either. Not the most hygienic either as you gotta exit the restroom to drop off the container and then your hands are contaminated. Also, I had to book my appt more than two weeks in advance to get a morning spot for fasting glucose.
