  I made an appointment a month in advance and arrived fasted at 8am the day of my appointment, after coming from the other side of the city, only to find the clinic closed for maintenance. No one had called or emailed to cancel or notify me. I was not the only one. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of time.

  Staff was very personable, very good at their job, and very clear with information and status updates to folks in the waiting room.

  Supposedly they have too many appointments to handle walk-ins and refused to take labs for my child. I guess staffing and customer sercice is an issue.
